Join us at Hartford Community Coalition’s (HCC) annual block party on Wednesday, June 21 from 5-8 pm at Lyman Point Park to make a collaborative work of art!
Initiated in the early summer of 2015, The Block Party celebrates Hartford’s resources and youth programming. It showcases performances of music, dance and other activities available to children in the Town of Hartford, gathers hundreds of Hartford residents together, and dozens of health agencies and wellness organizations that support HCC’s mission.
